Visitors can pay directly through our website when booking a tour. If your booking is made via phone or email, you can pay at the end of the experience using cash or card.

If you cancel 48 hours before the tour or experience, you will receive a full refund. For bookings made through phone or email, where no payment was made upfront, there will be no additional charges for cancellations.

Yes, we offer several family-friendly experiences: Olive Oil Tasting & Baking Adventure at Eggares Olive Press (ages 5 and up). Koronos Village Tour (ages 8 and up) due to its longer duration. Treasure Hunt Game in Naxos Castle (ages 8 and up).

In some of our experiences, we serve a variety of local food and beverages. If you have allergies or specific dietary requirements, please inform us via email in advance, providing details about your needs.

We recommend comfortable shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and a reusable water bottle. Specific tours may have additional suggestions, which will be noted in your confirmation email. Locations & Logistics
